Stakeholder Perception Survey

Liberty

The Liberty Group commissioned a stakeholder perception survey to inform its initiatives and strategic approach to key stakeholders. The data collected in this survey formed part of the baseline data, which will be used to monitor and evaluate future stakeholder perception surveys. The specific objectives of this research were to: analyse the needs and expectations; perceptions and thoughts of stakeholders; evaluate the nature of relationships with the eleven groups of identified stakeholders; identify gaps between perception and reality of stakeholder experience of the Liberty Group; and drive insight to inform future business initiatives. The strategic intent of the research was to improve existing relationships with the Liberty Group’s stakeholders and inform stakeholder engagement initiatives by identifying and addressing any concerns they may have.

The target sample was fifty stakeholder interviews, and our findings and recommendations were developed around the following thematic areas: stakeholder knowledge and awareness; trust in relationship; societal engagement and transformation agendas; contributions to stability and growth; market development and expansion into domestic and international markets.
