Intellectual Property Unit, University of Cape Town: Facilitation of Strategic Workshop

Mthente facitated a two-day workshop with the Intellectual Property Unit’s staff members and key stakeholders, with the objective being to assess and analyse the unit’s internal environment, to assess and analyse the unit’s external environment and stakeholders, to develop a clear vision & mission for the unit, and to develop strategic goals and objectives that are in-line with the broader strategic objectives of the university. The results were synthersided to identify strategic opportunities and informed the basis of the unity’s strategic plan for 2018-2022,
